"We stayed in one of the big rooms with 3 beds, a couch and a kitchenette. Hubby and I went up half way, and our adult kids came down half way. We did shopping, antiquing, out to eat, had a great time. The room was large enough for all of us, not crowded, no fighting. Love the flooring, no rugs. Cute little table and chair set. Friendly people in the office. Would recommend and stay again!"

"The place has a great location, pretty near to the Acadia National Park as well as Bar harbor and bass harbor lighthouse! The hotel has a nice and spacious dining hall that leads to a garden which then leads to pier. Nice place to spend an evening after a day at Acadia National Park! Hotel staff is wonderful and they go miles to help you out and make your stay pleasant. Manager was very helpful to lend us some books on Acadia which helped a lot to plan our visit.Will definitely come back here !"

"This was a nice place. Small but perfect for just two of us. Away from the hustle & bustle but close enough to drive to Acadia & Bar Harbor. The cottage stayed a comfortable temperature. My only complaint was the bed. It was really uncomfortable…everyone is different in what they like, but this mattress was very hard and springy for me. I would suggest a mattress topper. We really enjoyed having a fire in the evening. So peaceful. Thank you for an enjoyable trip! "

"I went by this place 5 years ago on another trip and said to myself cool, I’m staying there the next time. I was not disappointed! The breakfast’s were so unique, delicious and Anna serviced them up hot with a smile. Oh people say it’s too far from town, soooo! You just drive down to the visitor center at Hull’s Cove pay to park, it’s good for a week, and take the Island Explorer bus to downtown or other stops. I definitely will stay at Coach Stop Inn again wonderful experience!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much. If it had been warm enough to enjoy all of our meals outside that would have been wonderful. We didn’t plan or pack for any rain but when it poured for a solid day, we were thankful for the cabin’s shelter and wifi and umbrella when we went out. Although we brought an infant and a 2.5yo, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this property for such little/young kids unless you’re prepared for spotting them up and down the ladder. "Bed was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Needs a light over the mirror. Tiny shower, plenty of hot water; well pump short-cycling. Porch smelled musty and porch door sticks. Kitchen was clean, well-lit; one stove burner didn't work; one outlet didnt work; clock didn't work; tiny sink. Dining table needs more light, and ceiling fixture just inside the door flickered constantly. Heater worked well and kept us comfortable. Convenient to Otter Creek Market (seasonal)"
