- NOTE: 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is recommended / necessary in the winter months to access the property
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security camera facing outward towards the driveway and face front entrance. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion
- NOTE: Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. No loud music outside after 10 PM, The community has quiet time at 10 PM. Please be respectful of the neighbors after this time. This can also lead to a fine from the community
- Breaking any of the rules will incur a $500 fine.
