"The staff was so kind and made check - in easy. Pictures were like the website. The room had lots of space because we booked a suite. Unfortunately the room was not very clean. There were stains on the walls. The things in the cabinets were left over by other guest. The pots and pans were not clean. There was a bar of dove soap above the shower glass. "The staff was great and very attentive. Rooms were nice. One of my complaints was the hot water situation. We were on the 5th floor and we had to allow the water to run for almost 10 mins to get hot and even then it wasn’t as hot as I’m used to at hotels. "Do NOT book this hotel unless you want to be without a place to stay. I personally called this hotel and spoke to Travis and told him we had a late flight and it would be closer to midnight before we checked in, he said it was fine and would hold our room. I also messaged there hotel to be safe and told them the same thing to be double sure. After a day of flying we called called for the shuttle at 1145 and they informed me they gave our room away. NYC raining at night with kids all exhausted...
