"We booked this because we needed somewhere to stay over Christmas to relax and settle for a few weeks. Mistake.
1. The room we booked was not what we got. We chose based on pictures provided and did not choose the basic studio because we did not want it. We were given the basic studio shown in the pictures not the “business” studio we booked. When I mentioned this to the agent (via translator) she said that they have no control over what images are shown. That’s factually untrue and just a cop...

"I couldn't find a pool for this property, but everything else was fantastic. There was no real staff to help you out, other than through WhatsApp, so finding the way inside for the first time was... interesting."

"Firstly, the location of the property is very good. It’s far enough from the busy city to be quiet and peaceful, but easy to navigate as there are plenty of buses to move around with.
The property keeper is best communicated with on Whatssapp. They were very helpful when I requested a second key and the check in process was relatively easy. Plenty of directions were left for use of the facility and appliances.
My recommendations: be sure to bring travel adapters and extension cords. Be sure...
