"not as good as expected"

"The room was absolutely lovely.as were the front desk staff. The restaurant entrees were not good. At all. Cold Rigatoni, short ribs with no sauce, overcooked medium rare steak, no goat cheese on a goat cheese pizza and dried out lamb on a lamb pizza. However the truffle focaccia and mac and cheese were wonderful, but two out of eight is not a good. Drinks are obscenely priced. $26 for a southern comfort and ginger ale... before tip. We chose to sit around a non functioning firepit after...

"I absolutely loved it. Checking in was actually the BEST part. The young woman was a delight !!!! She was so so sweet and helpful and made sure to place us on a high story with amazing views and I told her it was a special get away .. and she really was listening and went above and beyond. When we ordered room service for breakfast I feel the same thing. The breakfast was prepared beautifully and it was made quite quickly. The staff this time was EXCELLENT.
