Billigt, men i irden
Meget små værelser, morgenmaden var kun lige hvad man kunne forvente. Men rengøringen var god, personalet rigtig venligt. Hotellet ligger 4 minutters gang fra undergrunden, og området var mange pubber og restauranter. Meget billigt hotel, vi var godt tilfredse til prisen.

Meget skuffende
Mindste værelse jeg nogensinde har oplevet. På ingen måde mit første ophold i London, så ved der ikke er meget plads - men det her var til grin. Rejste med mine to børn og der var ingen skabs plads til tøj eller stedet at hænge overtøj. Ingen plads til kufferter som måtte stå stablet i et hjørne. Badeværelset var så småt at jeg dårligt kunne komme ind/ud af. Morgenmads udvalget var meget begrænset, så begge børn fik dårligt noget at spise og personalet gik i gang med at støvsuge og rydde væk 30 min inden det lukkede.

Superfin beliggenhed, hvis man er med Piccadilly Line fra Heathrow. Der er rigtig god mulighed for at spise i nærheden. Vores 4 mands-værelse var lidt trangt, men det gik.

Fine but not impressive
Why do you request to hang your towels if you don’t need them changed - and then you change them anyway? Second set of towels had stains…. Breakfast was very basic and the restaurant was very full, so skipped breakfast after the first day.

Great location
A few minutes walk from Earls Court station. Clean room. Not much space, but we knew that when we booked Trebovir. Perfect for a short stay in London, when your needs are a bed and a shower in clean surroundings.

I recently traveled with my sister to London and the area had near by good options of food and transportation. The room we were put in was small and the WiFi signal was very poor, we were by the elevator so it was really loud. Our room had no phones to call the front desk if we had any questions and the breakfast was good but again it was next to our room so it was really loud at 7:30 AM. Overall the staff was nice and they were able to hold our luggage for storage.

The room is the smallest I ever see,smaller than a cruise ship cabin,no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom.Is clean,the breakfast is ok and the location is good,very close the the tube.Some restaurants around and the area is very quiet.

Even for a smaller built person like me, the room felt like a walkin closet, was below ground, felt claustrophobic and smelt musty like there was water damage. Im glad i only spent one night at the hotel, but I hoped for better, given what I paid

When we did the check in, our initial room was at the basement of the hotel, the door was open and there was a terrible smell in the hall and room. We asked to be moved to another room, but the room they put us in was not clean, there is a lot of dust, which my wife is allergic to, it triggered her asthma and there is humidity. Also we started itching when we got inside the bed. We contacted Expedia and explained what happened and requested a refund. The pictures and descriptions on the Expedia site are not accurate. We felt like we got fooled, because it’s not what it promises. Internet connection is terrible and my wife needs it for school while we travel. Also they say that the location is very convenient from most attractions and airport but that is not true.

All the rooms are thoroughly inspected by my Housekeeping supervisor before we let out any room to our guests. The same was inspected on the day of your arrival. Regarding the Expedia website, we do advertise all the relevant information of the rooms, with the facilities that we provide. They are accurate. I was surprised to learn that you did not like the location of the hotel as majority of our guest's return again for the location as we are very close to the underground station which is well connected to the city centre and the heathrow airport. I understand that this hotel was not to your liking & expectation. I can only hope you will give us another opportunity to welcome you back. Excellent property. Excellent customer service. Excellent employees. Perfect location. Yes rooms are very small but they describe that in their description. It's everything you need for a trip to London. Only thing you use the room for is to sleep & shower.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und die Lage zur Tube top. Leider sind die Zimmer extrem klein und beengt. Die Bilder im Netz sind ganz weit weg der Realität. Die Möbel sind alt und man darf besonders bei den Betten nicht so genau hinsehen. Das Bad ist winzig und als XL-Person ist duschen nur schwer möglich. Außerdem war das Bad bei Zimmerbezug nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Der Stadtteil Earls Court ist nicht sehr einladend, wir haben viele Obdachlose und Junkies in den Straßen gesehen. Drogen werden auf offener Straße konsumiert.

We had a good stay here. The location is very convenient and a 2 to 3 minute walk from Earls’s Court station. There are lots of places close to the hotel to grab a quick bite to eat too. The room is adequately clean, quite small and did feel a little cramped with luggage. However, the friendly staff, lovely view from our room, comfortable bed and continental breakfast more than made up for this. For those interested, continental breakfast consists of toast, cereal, hard boiled eggs, cheese and meat platter, yoghurt, fruit, various juices, coffee, tea and fresh baked pastries and buns. I looked forward to my buttery croissant every morning!

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, à 200 m de la station de métro, dans un quartier très sympa avec plein de commerces et de restaurants ou magasins de bouche à 200m, sur la ligne de métro Piccadilly ligne ce qui permet de venir directement de l’aëroport d’Heathrow jusqu’à l’hôtel, sans changer de ligne … La chambre double était petite mais comme beaucoup de chambres ds les hôtels londoniens, mais très propre, très fonctionnelle et avec une jolie vue sur l’avenue… l’hôtel a été entièrement refait récemment … Et le personnel, aussi bien à la réception qu’au service des chambres et du petit déjeuner aussi réactif en cas de besoin, que sympathique! Le petit déjeuner buffet continental est simple mais très bon et largement suffisant, de quoi contenter tout le monde : pains, pains de mie simple et complet que l’on peut toaster, charcuterie, tranches de fromage, céréales, yaourts aux fruits, confitures, miel, viennoiseries (croissants, pains au Chocolat, pastels de Natas et autres, œufs durs, toutes sortes de boissons chaudes délicieuses, salade de fruits … Et je dois oublier certainement des choses😊Notre lit était fait tous les jours …Franchement, je reviendrai à cet hôtel si je reviens à Londres ! A three minute walk from Earle's Court tube station. Rooms not large, but good quality beds, and clean. Courteous and helpful staff. No promises for next time, but they found a room already prepared so we could check in a few hours early. And they kept our bags for us while we did a little sightseeing the morning of checkout. We would stay again.

This is one of those historic old properties that is charming because it is one of those historic old properties. Our room was tiny but immaculately clean. The continental breakfast was excellent and the front desk person went out of his way to be helpful.

The rooms were on the smaller side but being out all day that didn't bother us that much. Other than that, the hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Ontzettend aardige mensen en nette kamers. Wel wat aan de kleine kant, maar keurig netjes en schoon. Ontbijt is voldoende, niet overdreven uitgebreid maar alles is er wel.
