Due to our location we are surrounded by some buildings meaning we have a small handful of rooms that may not have the most desirable view, for this we apologies. Due to high occupancy during your stay and our Signature Family Rooms being our most popular room category we were at maximum for the duration therefore were limited to move you to an alternative option. Regarding a knock on the door, i do apologies that this took place and of course is not the standard we set as a property, rest assured i have personally followed up with our housekeeping team for this.
