Helt fantastisk hotel. Lækkert , flot , gode senge, skønt badeværelse. Mayqueen, der sørger for, at lobby area ser flot ud, og sørger for, at man kommer godt ig sikkert med elevatorerne , er et stort plus for hotellet . Helt gjennomsnitlig hotell på en bra lokasjon. Stor frokostsal med alt for høy musikk og to kaffeautomater som alle skulle dele på med veldig dårlig kaffe. Frokostbuffet var helt ok, men ikke mer enn ok. Inntrykket av hotellet var generelt mye bedre på bildene enn i virkeligheten. De var også plaget med kloakklukt i resepsjonen.

Stayed for a business conference. Hotel was lovely, clean and spacious. Rooms were prefect. Food was great. Only thing to let it down was the service in bar area was very slow, we ask a number of staff but was ignored until someone eventually served us. During the meal the waiter asked if we would like more drinks and again it took so long that even he was shocked we hadn't had our drinks.

The staff was incredibly friendly & helpful. My room was not cleaned one day & several times for different reasons I tried to call the front desk & no one picked up every time I called. I would just stop by the front desk in person which was fine. Great location, very safe & great staff.

Hotel was in a great central location , with the underground just steps away. Hotel staff was incredible! Would highly recommend!

Everything was good the only thing which was less good was that the hotels computer system had big problem to find our booking as we had done on Experia. But they solved it in a very good way

The Cumberland is conveniently located right around the corner from Marble Arch subway station. The hotel is in good condition and has everything you would need. The rooms are well-sized and well-equipped with coffee machine, kettle etc. The downsides are that the hotel is very big and the elevator system is not programmed to handle the amount of people. That means, people crowd in front of the elevator and you might need to let them go (as they are full) a few times before you finally get in. Luckily, we were on the first floor so opted for the stairs very often. However, staircases are few and can only be used to go down; to go up, you’d need staff to open the door for you. Similarly, the breakfast area is huge and has a good selection of food, but it is laid out that you end up lining up multiple times to get seated and to get food.

A spotless room is a must, and a professional and helpful team is what keeps us rockin'.Breakfast is the main meal of the day our Chef will certainly be delighted to know that you enjoyed the different selections we have on offer.We're genuinely sorry to hear that our lifts didn't quite hit the mark. However, it's important to note that they are constantly balancing the speed of the lifts with other considerations, such as ensuring the security of our hotel and the safety of our guests. Die zentrale Lage war für unseren Kurztrip nach London perfekt. Marble Arch U-Bahn direkt um die Ecke ebenso wie die Oxford street. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und das Frühstück war für uns völlig ausreichend. Hier muss einem aber klar sein, dass aufgrund der Größe des Hotel viel Trubel beim frühstücken herrscht. Lediglich die schlechten Gerüche, die aus den Fluren strömten, waren unangenehm (Kloakenartig). Dies hat uns im Zimmer aber nicht beeinflusst. Auch das Zimmer war jetzt nicht super sauber aber tolerierbar. In diesem Hotel ist immer was los- auf den Fluren, vor den Fahrstühlen und in der Eingangshalle. Hier tummelt sich alles und es herrscht reger Betrieb. Das Zimmer selbst war aber leise. Die Liege, die für unsere Tochter als drittes Bett ins Zimmer gestellt wurde, war grenzwertig. Da merkt man auch nach 4 Tagen den Rücken und freut sich auf das eigene Bettchen. Für einen Kurztrip nach London würde ich dieses Hotel wieder buchen.
