The space
Large, bright open plan loft space totalling around 65sqm (700sq foot) located on the 3rd floor (4th to those of you from North America!) of a building dating from 1897. The space has been entirely modernised, whilst keep period features such as exposed brick walls and iron radiators. The remains of the pulley system used to haul goods up to the upper floors of the building remains, extending from the living room through what is now the juliet balcony doors. The surrounding area was filled with cabinet and furniture manufacturers from the 1800s up until WWII, which we believe this building was used for.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The open plan living and kitchen area with Juliet balcony, bedroom, bathroom, and private hallway.
