Ligger dejligt v floden. Skønt hotel og god mad i deres restaurant. Venligt personale. Dog problem med et toilet der ikke virkede

Dejligt hotel med fin beliggenhed
Forlænget weekenden blev tilbragt på dette hotel. Hoteller er i fin stand med et pænt højt serviceniveau. Vi ankom tidligt men fik alligevel adgang til værelset. Stort morgenmads bord hvor der vist ikke manglede noget som helst. Med 10 min. gang til Metro ligger det fint med udsigt ud over Themsen.

Fantastisk ophold
Mit ophold på Park plaza var skønt! Alt spillede og ebbede af luksus. Mit eneste minus var, at der ikke var noget udluftning på værelset (16. etage), som nok er meget normalt for en etage i den højde. Dog blev værelset meget hurtigt indelukket og trykkende når man er 4.

Standard experience with friendly staff
Standard is good, nothing extraordinary but you find what you would expect. Rooms are somewhat old and seems to have had their peak. But still clean and nice. Breakfast could be massively improved, you find what is included but the quality is not very high. Staff is excellent

Lovely hotel overlooking Thames river. My husband and I stayed 3 nights to celebrate his 60th birthday. We had a room with a beautiful river view which I believe was a complimentary upgrade, and were given a surprise gift to our room of Proseco and chocolates. We found the staff extremely helpful throughout the stay. The TV in the room was not working properly and when reported someone responded within a matter of minutes- although it was not possible to repair it we were offered the choice to move to a different room. There was an extensive choice for breakfast and again staff were always helpful. We would definitely consider returning to the hotel when in London in the future.

This place would be very good if the service was lifted a little. Despite 2 requests to fix the A/C (the room was VERY hot), we eventually gave up. A request for 2 extra pillows (at 3pm) was only resolved after 2 more requests and an in person visit to reception at 10pm. Needs improvement in my opinion

Check in staff were friendly. Upgraded our room, allowed for earlier check in with a cost. Housekeeping and food service ordering could use hugh improvements. Sent wrong item but did replace. Could not order room service after 9pm even though they advertised 24 hour. Front desk answer every call and transferred to other departments.

Room 724 had issues with lights and TV going off randomly. The flush buttons on the toilet need to be fixed - 1/2 of the button popped out during use. The hand-held shower head in the shower, leaked water around the connection from the hose to the head.

I arrived to check in and was told I was VIP of the day - such an amazing surprise after a long journey from NY! The staff at the front desk told me to enjoy the views from the lounge, and went above and beyond to explain where everything was located in the hotel. When I got to my room I had a follow up call to ensure everything was going ok. Incredible first class service from everyone I encountered in the hotel - felt very welcome and taken care of. I will definitely be coming back and have told friends and family about the amazing experience! Thank you!!

Very nice hotel. It was a holiday weekend so there seemed to be extra amount of children in the lobby so seating was not available. Would stay there again.

Our room along with our 3 neighbors had 15-20 items each stolen by housekeeping including all our toiletries (including used toothbrushes, saline and chapstick) The hotel provided us empty promises and refused to compensate us for our losses. Then simply sent an email saying “in light of what happened we hope you will consider staying here again”

We had probably booked the cheapest room in this smart, corporate hotel but it was still extremely clean, quiet, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, and had a view of the river. Took me a little while (being a Boomer) to work out all the fancy panels controlling lights etc but I did quickly enough and everything worked well. My only minuscule issue might be that while the bedside table on my side was a sturdy thing, the table on husband's side wobbled.

Hotel locations is very good! Staff at the front desk is very nice! Our room was very nice but not cleaned even once, we called the front desk to let them know and all what we got was some fresh towels! No one came to the room to empty the trash cans or refresh the room, bring some coffee or toiletries, we were there for 7 nights!

I like the property very clean and the staff are very nice, and with regards to transportation you can take the bus across the hotel or walk to the tube.

Room was dirty, they only cleaned two of the five nights we were there. They had to replace our mini fridge on the first night because it was broken, the AC wasn’t strong do they advised us to keep our curtains closed-when we paid for a view of the Thames-and the foldout sofa would collapse on the end if you sat there. Not the quality expected for the price paid

Superior customer service. All friendly and willing to please. Service and checkin was prompt as we had done a pre checkin. Room comfortable although a bit small for three adults although we reserved a suite. Clean. Breakfast was excellent.
