Welcome to my home!

This property is close to London's most iconic landmarks: London Eye, Westminister and Big Ben. Experience living like a local when staying at my home, with the Duke of Sussex Pub just close by for a quick pint, or take a stroll at Waterloo Millennium Green when the weather is fine and feed the ducks that hang around the pond. Lambeth and Southwark stations are less than a mile away for you to get and conveniently travel around London, with Lower Marsh down the road for quick shopping as there's a local grocer and Iceland.

The flat has one living room that invites you to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring London. Sink into the plush sofa and watch all your favourite shows on the TV, or enjoy meals over the four-person dining table. The fireplace is purely decorative but lends a sense of Britishness to the room. The kitchen, although small, is more than adequate to handle light cooking and comes equipped with essential cookware and cutleries.

There are two bedrooms. One is with a king bed, and another is a convertible sofa bed. Both mattresses are lined in hotel-quality linens for a good night's rest.

The bathroom has everything for you to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries.

The flat is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

South Bank, located in central London, is a vibrant and iconic area known for its cultural significance, stunning views, and numerous attractions. Situated along the southern bank of the River Thames, it offers a rich blend of history, art, entertainment, and leisure activities.

Popular with both locals and tourists alike. Its central location makes it easily accessible and attracts visitors. It mainly appeals to the art crowds as it houses some of London's most renowned cultural institutions, including the Tate Modern, Shakespeare's Globe Theatre, and the Southbank Centre. Additionally, South Bank is known for its lively atmosphere, street performers, and a wide array of restaurants, cafes, and bars, making it a favourite spot for socializing and relaxing. Just across the river lies Westminster, home to the Houses of Parliament and the famous Big Ben clock tower. The London Eye, a giant Ferris wheel offering breathtaking panoramic city views, is also a prominent feature of the South Bank skyline.

South Bank boasts an eclectic mix of shops and markets. Lower Marsh, a charming street close to Waterloo Station, is known for its independent and arty shops. Visitors can explore unique boutiques, vintage stores, and quirky bookshops, providing a delightful shopping experience.

Nature enthusiasts can find respite in the Waterloo Millennium Green, a peaceful green space tucked away amidst the bustling city. It offers a serene environment with beautiful gardens, benches, and a chance to unwind and enjoy nature's tranquillity.

The property is within walking distance and can be reached by private-hire services like UBER and Addison Lee:

- The property is near Waterloo Station - so all major rail, underground, overground, and bus routes are available. Loads of black cabs and taxis frequent the area.
- Less than 1 mile away from Lambeth (Bakerloo Line) and Southwark (Jubilee Line).
- Heathrow Airport is 40 minutes away from the property by car, depending on traffic conditions.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

My family stayed here for 4 nights and overall it was a pleasant stay. The location is really good, walking distance to bus stops and the tube. It met what we needed and would recommend to up to 4 people to stay. The only thing is that it’s an old building (like the rest of London), no lift, and some spaces are small (shower and toilet specially).

Apt was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed in the kitchen and was in a very convenient location to everything we needed and everywhere we wanted to go. Small wc but ok for us.
