Støvsugning manglede
Støvsugning var ikke det de havde brugt mest tid på Morgenmaden var ikke pengene værd og kaffen smagte af en blanding af klor og kloak vand Vi boede desværre på 4.sal og der var meget lydt da vi havde er værelse under trappen til 5.sal Meget lydt ud mod gangen

Good location, depressing room
The location is very good and the reception area nice. My first room was unfortunately in the basement and extremely depressing with a view through a dirty window into a shaft with a container. The receptionist was so friendly and offered a different room, which was better but still a bit outdated and dark. It was OK for sleeping but not more.

Hyggeligt og centralt hotel i et pænt område
Super hyggeligt hotel tæt på to underground stationer og lige på kanten af Hyde Park. Desuden et fint område ift. familievenlige madsteder og lettere indkøb. Personalet var meget børnevenlige og i det hele taget super servicemindede. Morgenmaden var ikke noget særligt.

For lidt plads i værelset
Værelset var på 12 m2, hvor sengen fyldte næsten det hele - man kunne ikke gå rundt om den. Badeværelset var til gengæld dejligt stort. Det bør ikke udlejes som superior. Dejlig morgenmad i flotte omgivelser.

Perfect for the price.
Very good hotel , fantastic building and reception and breakfeast area are just amazing !! Realy beautiful and amazing building inside and outside. Rooms very good and renovated. Only thing is walls are thin so you hear things a lot happening. Location is perfect.

Frygteligt
Fik et kælderværelser. Der lugtede af kælder. Det var slidt og ødelagt. Hver gang der kørte en undergrund rystede hele sengen da værelset nok har været lige ovenpå skinnerne. Skal aldrig besøge dette hotel igen..

Low-key, gammelt og slidt med SUPER beliggenhed
Meget low-key og gammelt hotel der er slidt. Det ligger super godt i forhold til Hyde Park og metroen. Dog vil jeg ikke booke det igen. Jeg blev yderligere kontaktet mange gange af hotellet angående betaling der ikke var gaaet igennem, selvom den var. Det var scam hvilket ikke var rart og stressende.

Slidt og småt
Havde bestilt club room, da det skulle være større end de alm. værelser, det på trods, var det småt og mørkt da det lå i kælderen. Badeværelset var indrettet således at man ikke kunne tænde bruseren uden at oversvømme hele rummet. De ansatte var der ingen problemer med, men hotellet er slidt.

The hotel is one block from Hyde Park, less than two blocks from the Central and Circle Tube lines and close to many dining options. I was given a room on the 8th floor and the lift went only to the 7th floor. When I requested to be given a room on a lower floor, the front desk clerk, Marat, was unwilling to fulfill the move. The A/C was not working properly and the thermostat was set to only 19° to 22° Celsius. That and being on the top floor made the room uncomfortable. I was provided with a floor fan. Also, the rooms were not spacious, very cramped. The hotel’s decor was a plus, beautiful wood finishing and a grand staircase going to the 2nd and 3rd floors.

It is right next to Hyde park and there are undergrounds nearby. Very convenient for the visitors! The only problem was the room I booked is a very small room, you cannot image how tiny bathroom sink and the shower are. You can't even raise your hands or turn around in the shower. I understand this is an old building but the bathroom design is just weird.

Good for a night stay but wouldn’t recommend anymore than that. One thing that really annoyed me was what seemed to look like mice or rat droppings under the duvet when we pulled them back, was only 2 little bits but was very annoyed. Pretty standard place to stay

This is a historic building but it is so old that I do wonder if it is time to do some major renovations. I have been to other vintage hotels that have better rooms and amenities. There was a very cramped staircase to my room and the room itself was so small I wouldn’t have considered it suitable for more than 1 person. The furnishings are also very limited. There were no food options other than breakfast. Honestly I think this hotel is needing major updating if it is to keep guests.

The building is a beautiful house. However, the bathrooms are really dangerous. Large slippery tiles on the floor make it easy to slip. A very high tub makes it hard to climb in. Hooks are hung so high a 5'4" person has to stand on tiptoes to reach. It seems that no one tthought of using these bathrooms when they were built. Rooms are also extremely small.
