purtroppo per un imprevisto bello grande non ho potuto soggiornare tutte e 5 le notti, ma solo una. Ci siamo trovate molto bene, di fronte la fermata del bus, 10 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro, quartiere tranquillissimo , ci sentivamo sicure anche di sera/notte. Il ragazzo che c’era alla reception molto disponibile, accogliente, tranquillo. Si sentono molto i rumori dall’esterno ma per noi non è stato un problema, la notte abbiamo dormito senza problemi. Ci ritornerei, infatti visto che non abbiamo potuto godere di tutte e cinque le notti, penso proprio che sceglieremo di nuovo questo hotel per una prenotazione futura. Non posso lamentarmi del fatto che non ci sia stato rimborsato nulla, non rientrava nelle regole, magari sarebbe stata una carineria nei nostri confronti, visto che non abbiamo neanche passato 24 ore nella stanza, però fa nulla, va bene così

My stay was actually really good at this hotel. Spacious room, clean sheets, quiet, the room was super warm. At the reception Maged was really kind and helpful. I will definitely return. Thank you

The photos when browsing to choose a room were badly deceptive. The room had a damp smell to it and there wasno alternative room available, so had to ask for a room freshner. The floors were dirty and did see a dead earthworm in front of the room door. The sheets were pale and so were the towels. It was very noisy and the person above us moving things and dropping some heavy item in the early hours of the morning, had to complain to the staff. Bathroom water heating control was appalling and the lighting was poor to have a shave. Please avoid this service provider

This hotel didn't provide good quality blanket and the bed was very noisy too. But the area was good area and closed to the Golders green station.

Basic hotel which could be better
WiFi didn't connect at all because it always said it was out of range even though we had a bedroom right by the reception. We tried our phones and two laptops. Very frustrating as we had to work. Shower kept filling up with water after about a minute of using it. Bathroom tap was falling off. Bathroom smelled of damp. It seemed the white paint everywhere was to hide the damp or soiled fittings. The room in general was presented nicely and seemed clean overall. The kettle really needed a clean. Scum floated and stuck to the side of my mug. The blind didn't fully reach to cover the window. Window sill was dirty and window lock was simply a latch that felt like it was going to break. It was quiet on the most part, which was good. It's a no frills hotel with very basic amenities. I would not pay what I paid to stay there again. Receptionist was friendly, but the times I went to the reception to ask something, particularly about the WiFi, there was noone there except for a note and a phone number.

We never advertised having an air condition and if it was something you were looking for you should have booked a hotel that adverise having an air condition. This was a place to sleep and store our stuff, and that’s about it.. the room was very hot and in order to cool down we had to leave the bedroom door and windows open. Windows open would have been okay if there weren’t flood lights that turned on all through the night as people walked by. Said people were also right outside the room, being loud until 3-4am most nights. Some of the staff were friendly and helpful (specifically Allan), but others were not. One good thing about this hotel is location - there is a bus stop right outside and several shops within a 10 minute walk.

I was asked to give my ID. I don’t carry my passport or driving licence around if I’m travelling inside the UK. My husband had his driving licence which was rejected as the booking was in my name. I was they told to email it and when I asked what will be done with a copy of my passport, I was told that it will be kept on file for 3 months and it’s hotel policy. I can’t find such policy and I’m not aware of anyone keeping copies of passports in the hotel industry for 3 months. Not a good start. The booking was for 2 people, but there was one hand-towel, one sachet of shower gel and one mug. The milk sachets were off and therefore yea not drinkable. Very noisy room as it’s by the front and one has to keep the window open for the heat. Parking was jam-packed. Luckily it was the weekend so we parked on the street one day and got a ticket on a single yellow on a Sunday the following day. Not a good experience and no value for money

Most disappointing
The hotel was selected for location and what looked like very comfortable rooms. The location was good and not far from Golders Green Tube. The room’s however were smaller than expected and very tired looking. The room was hot and needed the windows open. It was not noisy from road noise but we were woken by employees urging outside of our window at gone midnight. One electric socket was half off the wall and not what we expect from a family room with children in. The room was clean but the staff must have a massive task when the decoration is so bad. The wardrobe did not have any hangers or even a rail to hange them on.

We checked in after an 17 hour working day, was shown to my room right at the back of the premises outside. TV didn’t work even though the light on the telly was on, lights on the remote was working so I think the remote was not supposed to be for that TV. Kettle too large to fit under tap for a refill. Noise of running water coming from the radiator in the bathroom. Very disappointed, would not stay here ever again and will not recommend to my co workers.

The property is as I would expect for the price, nothing special but the rooms are clean and the mattresses are comfortable to sleep on. Happy with accommodation for the price. The parking is cramped and I took the last available space, which is limited. I chose this hotel on the strength of having free parking but it looks like it can’t be guaranteed as there are only about 4/5 spots and maybe 15-20 rooms. I’ve also been blocked in (haven’t checked out yet) and I’m just hoping that when I need to leave it belongs to a readily available staff member. The thing that makes it hard to spot, is that it only has a narrow opening to the drive, and cars on the main road park barely leave a gap to enter/exit the property by car. I had trouble spotting the place on arrival as a massive van had parked across most of the front, leaving only a small car size gap at the side kerb to squeeze through

Simple overnight accommodation without breakfast.
The Golders Park Hotel is best booked simply as a place in which to sleep overnight during your stay in London, because it does not currently offer anything extra other than a bed for the night. There is no breakfast service available at the present time, for example, despite what it says on the Hotels.com page! That said, it is a comfortable and quiet place to stay despite being a busy area. It is close to the Underground and bus routes. There is a very good Italian restaurant close by that does great Full English Breakfasts!

The outside looks in disrepair. Inside is not bad. Looks cleans. All could use updating and fixing up. It's hard to find unless you look really close. It's rather comfy. The lock on my door was almost falling off. Not a bad area.

The hotels in the area are often converted houses This one is convenient location but I’m sure owners would agree could do with new carpets and keeping on top of repairs Having said that staff were welcoming friendly and helpful

I had read in the reviews that the room would be dirty. That didn't bother me, so I booked a room. The cleanliness was better than I expected, but the room was uncomfortably cold in March. I suppose they turned off the heat since it was March, and they only had one electric heater that was being used by another guest. I would like them to have additional electric heaters, or at least additional blankets. They let me use several additional sheets, with which I wrapped myself up like a mummy to sleep. Before that, I had to sleep with a sweater, which I prefer to not do.

For what we paid it was perfect, don’t expect too much but it was somewhere to sleep and free parking made it easy for us. Would stay again if in the area

Hey , I would like to draw your attention to the horrible experience we had at the Golders Park Hotel. First the room we got was terrible. The shower was very dirty. When we arrived we only received one large towel and when we wanted to ask for another one there was no one to ask, most of the time there was no one at the reception to help us. Toilet paper also ran out and there was no one to ask If we saw the cleaner we asked her but there was no room service. The room was not clean, the mattress was very dirty. In addition, on Thursday we returned to the room at night and all our belongings were wet including the bed, there was a leak from the ceiling. The whole floor of the room was full of water and all our clothes got dirty. We came to celebrate a birthday and it was just terrible. I would appreciate it if someone could get back to me.

Very disappointing
Unfortunately our stay was not very positive, we got off to a good start with staff allowing us to leave our car in the car park even though we were early for check in. when we returned later that evening check in was smooth and the room was basic but clean. the TV did not work and the Fridge in the room was noisy. Through out the evening, night and early hours the hotel was very noisy, getting any sleep was very difficult. we then woke up to no water so we were unable to shower, use the toilet or fill the kettle. Staff were very hard to get hold of to try and sort the water problem. Even though we were assured it was sorted there was still no water and so we checked out early. this is not to take away form the gentleman on reception who was very polite and tried to be helpful. I am sad to say we will not be staying there again
