The sleeping area features a plush double bed and soft, neutral finishes, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. Built-in storage and subtle lighting add to the sense of calm, while large sash windows fill the space with daylight, accentuating the warm wooden tones and airy design.

The open living and dining area flows naturally, with a modern dining nook in soft wood textures — perfect for quiet breakfasts or intimate evening meals. The fully equipped kitchen is sleek and minimal, featuring integrated appliances and clean lines for a refined, clutter-free aesthetic.

Situated in the vibrant Earl's Court neighbourhood, you’ll find a lively mix of local pubs, cafes, and restaurants right on your doorstep. The Prince is a must-visit for its stylish beer garden and buzzing atmosphere, while Over Under Coffee serves excellent brunch and artisan coffee. Just a short stroll away, the elegant streets of Kensington offer world-class attractions including the Design Museum, the Natural History Museum, and Kensington Palace, surrounded by the lush greenery of Kensington Gardens. A little further, South Kensington delights with the V&A Museum and the Science Museum, as well as a fantastic range of restaurants such as Ceru for Eastern Mediterranean flavours, or the renowned Ognisko for Polish fine dining.

Transport connections are excellent. Earl’s Court station, a few minutes away, gives you access to the District and Piccadilly lines, making it easy to reach Heathrow Airport, the West End, or even Piccadilly Circus. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
