Food was decently priced and the taste was good. The food preparation time is longer than expected. Our food came after 45 min of ordering when the restaurant was not fully occupied. "

"Stayed in a suite, which was of okay size. The stay was comfortable and the service was fine. But the breakfast was miserable. Since the property is bang on the old mumbai Pune highway, and within the Lonavala town, one can opt for breakfast outside. Finally, it's a boutique resort and not a full service large one. "

"It was a second visit after couple of years. Everything is still nice and beautiful. With the kind of charges the experiences (Agro Tour, Flora Tour, etc) must be as per the guest's convenience. Making it once a day is not good.
Another drawback was cycling - the cycling area is too restricted and with the current area its of no use. There should be more longer cycling tracks.
Earlier there used to be around 12-15 cycles. But there were only 4-5 this time. Staff said they are out for maintenance...
