"We never got to use this hotel due to an error in date of arrival. The booking was made a week in advance and by arrival we discovered the error - imagine our surprise and regret. But the hotel staff at Crimea was amazing - they called another hotel in the city and arranged an emergency re-booking for us with no extra expense on our part, so that we had a place to stay for the night in Chiavenna.
Even if we didn't use this hotel, the staff alone at Crimea, made the whole experience so lovely....
"We stayed at Cà Rossa for a week. For my wife and I, Cá Rossa was the perfect resort and Claudia and Isaac the best host couple imaginable. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. The host provided excellent check in instructions with videos. She was very responsive to communication throughout our stay. She certainly went above and beyond.
The property is brand new, thoughtfully furnished and well stocked with everything you’d need in the kitchen.
Lots of options for drinks and food only minutes away and a grocery store is steps away."
