"This is a really outstanding hotel one of the best we ever stayed at. Excellent service, beautiful hotel, rooms, design, surroundings, view and great food. The spa and pool area was also top nice. Would love to come back. "

• The breakfast was good, and the service in the bar was excellent – friendly and proactive staff.
• The room was new and nicely decorated. We had a family room of a good size.

Even though the room had a decent size, it wasn’t really suited for a family – the bed for the children...

"Værelset var stort og meget rent.
Rengøring var hver dag og de kommer om aften og vil gøre din seng klar til sovetid og der er te til afslapning før sovetid.
Morgenmad var rigelig okay. Stor valgmuligheder og man kan også bestille special retter såsom omelet, osv.
Restaurant om aftenen kunne være bedre. Maden smager godt. Men service kunne være hurtigere og kan måske får AC eller en blæser da det var så varmt at sidde der på trods at vinduerne var åbnet. "
"Dejligt og centralt hotel. Super søde ansatte hele vejen rundt. Dejlig morgenmad. Lækker kaffe, dessert og drinks. Super aftensmad og vin. Gode hyggeområder hvor vi kunne spille kort med børnebørnene, og hvor der var plads til dem. "

Things That Could Be Improved:
Even though the room had a decent size, it wasn’t really suited for a family – the bed for the children was far too small for two kids.
This created some issues, especially because there was only one duvet for them.
We ordered an extra duvet, but it arrived without a cover.
Additionally, there were not enough towels for four people – and this was a recurring issue throughout our stay.
The room was also very noisy – we could clearly hear when other guests flushed the toilet or emptied the shower above us in the morning.
The worst experience was at the breakfast buffet, where the staff had served local water that tasted very strange, almost chemical.
We brought it up, but they seemed annoyed. Afterwards, they replaced the water, and it tasted normal again – like the other days we were there.
All in all, a good stay – but definitely with room for improvement."
