The house has four bedrooms that are distributed over two floors as follows:

On the upper floor there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. On this floor there is also a bathroom with a shower.

The house is completed on the ground floor with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a living room with a fireplace and a kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge and ceramic hob.

Outside there is a private pool, an outdoor kitchen with a wood-burning oven and different leisure areas with a table football and a ping-pong table. There is also an outside toilet.
