Located on the ground floor, the apartment features 58 m² of living space and, with its 10 m² sun terrace, can accommodate up to four people. Look forward to a high-quality, hotel-grade box-spring bed, a spacious rain shower, and a bathroom mirror with a built-in Bluetooth speaker. In the living area, a lamp with Bluetooth and wine cooler functions creates a cozy atmosphere. A walk-in closet provides additional storage space and rounds out the high level of comfort.



On the 10 m² sun terrace, furnished with high-quality lounge furniture, you can enjoy the peace and quiet and the magnificent view—perfect for breakfast in the morning sun or a relaxing end to the day.



Your bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable bike room. A free carport parking space is available right next to the house. Your four-legged companion is also very welcome here.
