A 3 bedroom, 2 full bath charming space highlighting a 4-season room and extensive decking to watch the activity on Lake Logan, a private hot tub, fire pit, an expansive side yard for lawn games, wifi, smart tv with streaming capabilities, and fishing dock.

This fully furnished home also has a fully stocked kitchen for your every need including a washer/dryer.

Outdoor: charcoal grill, outdoor dining, sun loungers, shade umbrellas, a great side yard, private hot tub, fishing dock, and your own fire pit under the stars.

Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults/children. Minimum booking age: 25+ years. For adult-only stays: all guests must be 25+.

No pets or parties/events permitted.

Parking area can fit 3 vehicles. Carpool wherever necessary. Keep cars on driveway. Do not park/drive on grass.

Just a quick note for your stay - We kindly ask that guests avoid the private dock, boat, and surrounding area to the left of the cottage as it belongs to our owners. Lake Front Oasis may require a $500 security deposit. This is due in check form: personal, money order, or cashiers check and is cashed/deposited 30 days prior to arrival. Your new check is refunded in full within 7 days of checkout provided:

1) Everything is left in good working order

2) Leasing agreement has been followed

3) Checkout instructions have been completed
