Piotrkowska Prestige Studio is a charming apartment located in the historic Dawid Szmulewicz Tenement House, in the very heart of Łódź, with a direct view of Piotrkowska Street – the longest pedestrian street in Europe. The courtyard with the fountain at Piotrkowska 37 has been recognized as the most beautiful courtyard in Łódź, while the tenement itself is a unique, meticulously restored building where you can feel the spirit of the city’s industrial past. Piotrkowska is the most characteristic and historic promenade in Poland, full of life and unique atmosphere. A wide variety of restaurants (including the legendary Polish dumplings just one floor below), cafés (we recommend the nearby Owoce i Warzywa), unique boutiques, souvenir shops, and nightclubs right at your doorstep delight both residents and visitors. Piotrkowska is also the epicenter of all cultural events and festivities. Concerts, film festivals, fairs, and artistic happenings are regularly organized here, attracting locals and tourists alike. The street is equally famous for its vibrant nightlife: in the evenings, when numerous bars, pubs, and clubs come alive, it becomes the entertainment hub for residents and guests.

In the immediate vicinity, there are many tourist attractions worth visiting, such as EC1 (the city’s first power plant, now one of the most fascinating buildings in Łódź), the Museum of the City of Łódź in the historic Poznański Palace, and the Grand Theatre. Within walking distance (about 10 minutes) you will also find shopping centers such as Manufaktura and Galeria Łódzka, along with many shops, cafés, restaurants, entertainment venues, and service points. The apartment is very well connected with the rest of the city thanks to numerous bus and tram stops as well as railway stations (Łódź Fabryczna, Łódź Kaliska). This allows guests to easily reach all other attractions the city has to offer, such as the spectacular zoo, the botanical garden known for its romantic tulip installations, or the Fala Aquapark.
