The Kerpaul estate is set in 3.5 hectares of parkland and comprises two houses which can be rented independently. The gîte sleeps a maximum of 25 people - ideal for 20 people on long stays. In the park, a 100 m² games room is shared with the manor house, and can be hired out for business or festive events.
