"Excellent food, breakfast had a superb selection of cooked options, the fish and chip were exceptional- best I’ve had for a long time."

"Great location."

"Hotellet var som sådan helt ok, men mødet med receptionen var meget mærkeligt. Selve opholdet var forudbetalt. Vi medbragte to hunde, hvilket vi havde skrevet på Hotel.com, hvilket ikke var kommet frem til hotellet. Da det var et såkaldt hundevenligt hotel kunne vi dog alligevel god indlogere os med hundene, der skulle betales forud for dem (vi var der kun en nat). "We had a one night stop here in October. The room had been redecorated reasonably recently, the bathroom also looked very modern, all very clean. A new mattress wouldn't go amiss though. The staff were very friendly and helpful, for our evening meal we had a pizza, which was ok, it was tasty and very filling. We didn't have breakfast so cant comment. The absolute best thing about this hotel is sitting outside the front having a drink and admiring a stunning view! That alone would bring us...

"Lovely B&B a short drive from Whitby. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was perfect as well."

"Excellent food and very friendly staff"

"Fantastisk placering og udsigt. Kæmpe sælkoloni. Skal opleves. Gå til/besøg Robin Hood’s Bay langs stranden. "

"Yes, these rooms are above a pub but you can’t hear any noise. The appointments were like that of a luxury hotel. The staff worked behind the bar at the pub for the most part and they were extremely responsive to any request. Not sure many tourists find their way to this particular town, but if you’re anywhere near Scarborough, this is the place to stay."

"What a suprise , I don’t think the this hotel was advertised well enough, a beautiful property in large well maintained grounds, friendly , polite staff, good breakfast and so clean, nowhere was overlooked, I will recommend and definitely come again."

"Me and my partner Ross stayed at The Cornmill last saturday and we both had a pleasent experience, Karen is very welcoming & accomodating and all round a lovely person. The room we stayed in was immaculate aswell and to top it all off, breakfast was absolutely superb! It's a 10/10 from both of us, we would highly recommend and we do plan on coming back in the future. Thank you so much"
