Central two-room apartment with balcony (LOCARNO CITY 2)

If you are planning a trip to Ticino with family, friends, or simply with your significant other, LOCARNO CITY 2 is a bright and central one-bedroom apartment for visiting Locarno in complete comfort: just a stone\'s throw from Piazza Grande and 5 minutes from the lakefront!



The living room consists of a modern TV area and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The room is completed by a round dining table with 4 designer chairs, and simple but impactful pieces of furniture.

The kitchen is separate, fully equipped and complete with everything you need to prepare meals, including a coffee machine and a microwave.

Continuing you reach the bedroom: a comfortable double bed, a chest of drawers for your clothes and an access to the balcony where you can soak up the warm Ticino sun or have an aperitif at the table while observing the city.

The apartment is completed by a bathroom with bathtub.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Smoking is strictly prohibited. 

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment has a reserved external parking at the building. (max dimensions: L:5.00m, W:2.5m, H:no limit)

Locarno is one of the pearls of sunny Ticino, bathed by the gentle waters of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is located just 200 meters from the lake, in the center, in an area served by supermarkets, bars and restaurants for all tastes.

The famous Piazza Grande, where the world-famous Pardo Film Festival is held every year, is a 5-minute walk away. For lovers of history and art, in 10 minutes walk you can reach the Castello Visconteo and the Casa Rusca Municipal Art Gallery. For an unforgettable view, reach the Sacro Monte Madonna del Sasso on foot or by taking the funicular.

On foot, in a few steps you can reach the Motta lakeside promenade that continues on Viale Verbano, towards the beautiful park that runs along the lake, the beautiful Seepromenade Locarno Muralto.

From here there are also numerous boats to the main tourist resorts on the lake, such as Ascona and the Brissago Islands. The Lido of Locarno is 1 km away.



How to arrive:

By car, from the A13 motorway take the Locarno exit and continue for about 1.5 km to the apartment building.

By train, from Locarno station walk about 8 minutes to the apartment, or take the bus N.1 / N.7 / and get off at the bus stop \"Locarno, Debarcadero\".
