"On arrival I was told that I only booked one child where on my booking there was 2 children. Staff was not very welcoming and sleeping when I walked through in the morning.
Room ok for what we needed , beds were clean and that’s the main. Bath looks like it could do with being renewed"

"Breakfast and evening meal was great, don't tend to eat in hotel restaurants but was really happy i did. Bed was really comfy and booked room specifically for the air con during the heatwave and it was freezing. I will definitely return when in Wales with work again."

"The property was easy to find with some decent parking. Once there I called the owner, Gaina and she provided the code for the key box. Once upstairs in the loft studio, I was amazed with the space and amenities on hand. On Gaina's advice, I went on an hour long walk near a local river and woodlands. There were plenty of dining options within a decent radius of distance. I had a great night's sleep and was welcomed with a fantastic variety for a continental breakfast to get the day started...

"The room we were given, was very hard to access to. We had to go up some stairs, for again to go down. The fire doors were very heavy. Our room smell of very old carpet. There were hulls in the curtain. Future more the room was extremely cold. I had to buy a heater in Tesco. "
