Furthermore, all rooms in the property—including all bedrooms and the living room—are equipped with air conditioning to guarantee optimal comfort at any time of year.

The outdoor area is designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate: a large private swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace with loungers, a built-in barbecue with a large dining area for outdoor meals, and a leisure area with a table tennis table.
