Casa Geminis with capacity for 4 persons is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the village of Llucmajor. Built in the typical Majorcan style, the house has an air-conditioned living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, 2 bedrooms (one of them is on a mezzanine), and 2 bathrooms. Its equipment includes Wi-Fi, wood-burning oven, high chair, crib (extra charge), an extra bed (extra charge) and parking space. With the garden furniture on your private terrace and in the garden with communal pool and barbecue you can enjoy unforgettable moments outdoors. At only 15 minutes by car you will find the small town of Lluchmayor with a variety of stores and numerous bars and restaurants; at 20 minutes, the coast and its fine sandy beaches.

The payment of the local eco-tax .

the first 8 days 2 euro per person per adult per night from day 9 will be paid 1.50 euro per night per adult, children do not pay eco tax.

To be paid on arrival in cash to the owner. The owner lives in a separate house on the same property so privacy is guaranteed.

There will be drinking water from January 2024.



There is a use of the chimney with pellet during the winter months free of charge.

The tap water is drinkable.

There is an area to play ping pong.

There is an Italian coffee maker and automatic bean espresso coffee maker.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
