We had a family stay at this hotel and overall had a pleasant trip, though there were a few areas that could be improved.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the scenic sea view, which was absolutely beautiful and made the experience more enjoyable. Although we spent most of our time exploring and mainly returned to the room to sleep, the view was worth appreciating.
However, we were slightly disappointed with the condition of the room. The toilet door handle was broken, and the bathroom only had a shower area with a child safety look a like door and curtain—there was no bathtub. Slippers were not provided, and the carpet did not appear to be well cleaned or maintained. The room was also quite warm, and we were informed that the temperature was centrally controlled, so we couldn’t adjust it ourselves. We had to keep the window open to cool the room down.
There were tea and coffee facilities , but no fridge in the room, which would have been convenient.
On a positive note, the staff made a big difference to our stay. They were polite, helpful, and very cooperative throughout.
Parking was another challenge. Finding free parking required some effort, and the parking opposite the hotel was only free during specific hours (after 4 pm until 10 am), which was a bit inconvenient.
Overall, I would rate the stay as average in terms of the room, though the scenic view and friendly staff added value to our experience.
