Beautiful and pleasant house in Llança, Catalonia, Spain, 60 km from Perpignan, in a pretty, quiet, and family-friendly fishing village. The house has a private pool and sea view. It is semi-detached on one side, but offers complete privacy. It is 200m from the nearest cove with crystal-clear waters. The comfortable 80 m² house is well-equipped with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 8 (including a separate, fully equipped 25 m² studio on the first floor). There is a large garden in a pine forest, 3 terraces, a dining and relaxation area, a barbecue, and private shaded parking (pine trees) for 3 cars. Bed linen and towels are provided. Towels are available upon request. The private pool measures 7m x 3m. There is also a pétanque court. House located in the hills above Llança, in a residential area 3 minutes by car from the port and town center (20 minutes on foot along the seafront). The house is close to the magnificent coastal path that runs along the sea, where you will discover wild vegetation and coves with crystal-clear water. This walking path will take you to the pretty white village of Port de la Selva (6 km), and also to Cadaqués, another authentic white village. Numerous other walks are available. Activities in Llança: Amusement park (for children), numerous activities, beaches, diving, snorkeling, canoeing, fishing, boat rentals, water park for teenagers 15 km away, Dalí Museum 20 km away, Girona, Barcelona nearby (accessible by train).
