The holiday apartment is located in Ližnjan, 2 km from Matićev-Pisak Beach and 2.9 km from Japnenica Beach, as well as 12 km from the Pula Amphitheatre. The accommodation is 1.9 km from Ližnjan Beach, and guests benefit from free Wi-Fi and private parking available on site. Access is via a side road. Parking in a carport.

Water sports opportunities, boat rental each 2 km in Medulin.
