For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, highchair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 200 m² garden, enclosed and private
- A 35 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.

Please note: two gîtes are available for rent at this address: Gîte La Grange aux Hirondelles and Gîte L'Abri des Mésanges. Both can be rented individually or in groups. Ideal for a stay with family or friends.

The house is ideally located in Livré-sur-Changeon, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from all the essential shops within 10 minutes, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the gîte's outdoor parking lot.

- Nearest train station: Vitré, about 20 min away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, approx. 40 min away

- The owners are adjacent to the gîte
- Possibility of renting the adjoining gîte “La Grange aux Hirondelles” (sleeps 12)

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning at the end of your stay is your responsibility (or an extra charge can be made by our on-site service provider, at a cost of €60).
