The apartment is located just 300 meters from the see and at 1.5 km from Quercianella village. In this area there are a lot Restaurants, Supermarkets, Pizzerias and Bars.
To the south, a few minutes by car, are Cala degli Aranci, Baia del Quercetano, Fortullino, the white beaches, where Mediterranean scrub and warm currents meet on the shoreline, while to the north you meet the splendid Livorno cliff, the Romito, where it is possible to take a bath in crystal clear water.
In addition to being able to enjoy the beautiful sea of ​​the area, the strategic position allows you to quickly reach the main tourist destinations of Tuscany such as Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, Bolgheri, San Gimignano and Volterra.

The sea near the apartment is mostly rocks but the water is very beautiful.
It is possible to have the beaches at about 10 km.
