The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.

A member of our Team Livorno will contact you a few days before your arrival to organize your check-in. They will meet you at the apartment to hand you the keys and they will be at your disposal for any information and further assistance before and during your stay. We are available by phone, e-mail or Airbnb direct messaging service.

We will give you great tips to make your stay even more special and unique.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay).

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74).

Summer, the average air temperature must not be below 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter, the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 20°C

A surcharge applies for arrivals after check-in hours:

- EUR 10 from 21:00 until 22:00;

- EUR 20 from 22:00 until 23:00;

- EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00.00

- EUR 40 from 00:00 until 01.00

All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
