"Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had!
Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours.
Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter.
Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs!"

"We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is located in the middle of a pedestrian street with many shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel is also in close proximity to many attractions. The hotel has an amazing staff that is always willing to help out, they helped us with our luggage, allowed for late check out and they have an amazing laundry program where they do your laundry for free overnight. The hotel is in an older building but they have done a good job renovating the units....

"3rd time on same business trip at this hotel. This time we experienced issues with heating in corner rooms. Staff was friendly and did exchange us to rooms with working aircon/heating. Overall friendly, no-frills, hotel with OK fitness incl. sauna, but no pool, no bathtubs anywhere. Good if having business nearby. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were in Beijing for a 10 days family vacation. I took a chance and booked us a location that was off the touristy spot where all the big hotels were - so glad I did - VUE is a hidden gem. We took to walking around the Hutong neighborhoods right away, my father loved his morning walks in Houhai Park which was right behind the hotel. "The address of the hotel was wrong on hotels.com. For that reason we missed a paid night at the hotel and used seven hours to look for the hotel. We found the hotel over 2 kilometer away from the adress hotel.com had shared. We called the hotel many times without any reply while searching. When we arrived the hotel spoke poor English and we needed 3 staff for them to understand. We ended up paying for 2 nights and only had a 12 hours stay. Super, super disappointed that no one takes...
