"Great room , WiFi wasn’t the best but it was ok. The bed was a little hard but that’s of course personal preference. The service gets a lower rating as the check in process was lengthy and unorganised and several of the employees didn’t speak English and were reluctant to use the translation app and seemed uncomfortable talking to us. So that wasn’t the best experience. But the room itself and the area etc was great, so would probably stay there again despite the service at the front desk. "
