Inside on the main floor, the house’s modern farmhouse design features an open floor plan, sitting room, and kitchen area. The sitting room features a 65-inch smart TV with Spectrum Cable. The open floor plan is perfect for board games, reading, listening to music, relaxing around the outdoor gas fire pit, or taking in the beautiful views of the lake. The open kitchen, which is the ideal place for cooking, has plenty of countertop space and includes a large refrigerator with freezer (and ice maker), an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a microwave, and coffee maker (both drip and Keurig). For meals, you can dine at the 6-person dining table with a place for 3 at the island or hang out in the large covered deck with comfortable outdoor seating area around the fire pit overlooking the lake.

The bedroom on the main floor can accommodate 2 adults and features a queen bed, a closet, a 32-inch smart TV w/ Spectrum Cable, a private door for easy entrance, window blinds, a ceiling fan, and a bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom on the third floor can accommodate 2 adults and features a king bed, a large sliding glass door out to an open deck overlooking the lake, a closet, a 32-inch smart TV w/ Spectrum Cable, plenty of drawer space, a ceiling fan, and a beautiful walk in shower with dual vanity.

On the third floor, you will discover 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a single vanity and a shower tub combo. The first upstairs bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and features a queen bed, 2 large windows, a 32-inch smart TV w/ Spectrum Cable, plenty of dresser and drawer space, window blinds, and a ceiling fan. The second upstairs bedroom can accommodate 2 adults and features a double bed, fantastic water views, a 32-inch smart TV w/ Spectrum Cable, a large walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space and a ceiling fan.

The basement has an additional sleeper sofa, a full bathroom, a game room (with a Classic Arcade Game Table and Shuffle Board), a 65-inch smart TV with Spectrum Cable, an additional door to outside for easy entrance and exit, and inside stairs up to the main floor.
