If anything, the heater in the lounge wasn't working and so it was a bit too cold to sit in that room, while one of the shared showers had an issue with the drain so water was everywhere. Still, would pick this place without hesitance next time I visit Cambridge! "

"Har boet på swan hotel 2 gange, begge gange i annekset. Værelserne er okay, sengene gode. Der er ingen wi-fi i annekset. Pubben serverer fremragende mad. Hyggelig lille by, der er en rigtig god indisk restaurant lidt nede af vejen. En smule larm fra flytrafikken fra stansted. Alt i alt et fint hotel når man tænker på, hvor billigt det er."

"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even...

"A nice, bright (double aspect windows) apartment in a very quiet close, on the edge of Cambridge. Clean and fairly well appointed (fridge freezer, microwave, cooker, washing machine, iron and board). No hairdryer as far as I can see. TV and Virgin box.
