"This Inn is very comfortable and unique. Lots of history. The continental breakfast was better than average. The quiche was outstanding. Julie is very attentive and helpful. The hotel in right in the Downtown so you can walk around and get lunch, dinner, shop, get a drink, listen to live entertainment. The place is old so you need to accept the imperfections but all that it has to offer outweighs the imperfections. "

"I was just disappointed, I thought we had a claw tub in our room according to the internet and called to get some bath salts. I also called and asked about bathrobes. On the phone they were all helpful but the room had been recently upgraded and the claw tub was gone, no bath salts, no bathrobes. Wish the staff had just said we don’t do that so downgraded one star."

"We had an excellent stay at The Addison. The room was clean and charming. The place was meticulously maintained. Ron and Lisa were excellent hosts. They helped with restaurant suggestions as well as places to visit. Bicycles were provided for free and made for a great way to get around and see Fernandina. The happy hour made for a nice way to meet other guests. I absolutely would recommend The Addison as a great place to stay on Amelia Island. Absolutely worth it!"

"Very nice property located in historic old town with sand streets. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown and to beach on the supplied golf cart. Check in was a breeze and the house was clean and well supplied. Would definitely stay again. Front porch was so relaxing "
