"I liked the fact that the room were very clean and most importantly, it had no carpeting. There was a ton of bench space to put my and my family's luggage so it doesn't have to be on the floor in the corner. There is a light under the bench for ambiance and perfect for storing shoes out of the way, to make space to walk around in the room. The bathroom was exquisite! The overhead rain shower and the wall shower head felt terrific. The water pressure was exceptional! I will definitely stay here...

"Parking was both good and bad. Under the hotel - safe from the occasional downpour…but, the spaces were tight. The entrance to the elevator was supposed to open with your room key, but it was disabled. Coffee was fresh, hot and tasty every morning. Staff was friendly, and we loved our room! A door separating the beds from the bathroom ensured I got to sleep in when hubby arose early. The location is excellent for shopping, dining, or even sightseeing, if you have a rental car. "Very clean! Amazing staff. You do have to pay for parking which is 10.00$ a night. The rooms are very spacious I would definitely recommend if you want to be close to the mall. "

"Booked a room there for an eye procedure I had done in charlotte, and was required to stay the night locally, for an early morning followup. I live out of town so we booked this hotel. The room was incredible, with great blackout curtains to keep the room dark, it was quiet so I could rest, and all amenities were great! This was the perfect hotel choice for the circumstances I needed! "

"The check was a bit of a pain as they were having problems with their key system and there was as coupon fo people ahead of me. So a bigger delay than normal. However, the lady Behind the counter was outstanding. Patient. Calm. Made sure we knew everything about the problem and about the hotel. Then thought our stay everything we came near a staff member they said hi or good morning and several times in the lobby they checked in with us to see if we needed anything. "I wish i would have asked for the name of the lady that checked us in, she was AMAZING. The front desk staff was excellent throughout our stay. My kids made friends and had a blast in the pool. My husband, parents, and i loved playing pool in the lobby! Room was exactly what we expected (maybe a little more.modern which was nice). I have had horriible experiences with other Hilton properties but this stay has me wanting to continue staying with them."

"I had everything I needed and the staff was super friendly! Housekeeping and the crew who put together a breakfast each morning were wonderful! Anthony l, the assistant manager, is always super nice and helpful! This is my 2nd visit and I’m sure I’ll be back again! "

"Staff was super friendly the second we walked into the door. We felt very welcome and everything was very clean. Any questions we had were answered promptly and nicely. The morning breakfast they have for guests is wonderful as a parent tired from a long trip with 2 yoynf children. The kids loved making their own wagfles and choosing what they wanted to eat."
