"It was a great place to stay, its something new and different, when i stayed me and wife were the only 2 people checked in, we meet the owner of the property got a tour around the place, the garden area needs a little TLC on the path ways but we didnt mine this it was nice, the owner is extremely happy nice lady she was upbeat and chatting each time she saw us made sure we were okay and check if we needed anything.

"This was a 1 night stay over about was local for my needs, a simple pub room, unfortunately the TV sound didn’t work and as I arrived quite late I didnt want to bother the owner. Had a good nights sleep."

"Interesting rambling hotel built into the hillside, resulting in multiple steps up to the bedrooms. Excellent restaurant and friendly and helpful staff.
Minor niggles on the plumbing & shower: the cold pipe appear to be bundled with the hot and produces tepid water unless run for a long time - not ideal in a heatwave. The soap dispensers are about head level that make them awkward to operate. A lower location would be better. No basket or shelf in the shower for flannel or own soap or shampoo."

"I stay here most years for an event I attend nearby. The rooms are good value, clean and have everything I need. It is low hassle, quiet and I sleep well. Breakfast is very basic Fruit, pastry and cereal bar hung on the door the day before but suits me for an early start."

"Fantastisk fin betjening af personalet. Hotellet er beliggende i Great Malvern midt i et meget bakket område, som bl.a. er et besøg værd, hvis man er naturelsker. Stor morgenmadsbuffet, som dog mangler lidt frisk frugt og lidt mere variation, Vi overnattede på hotellet 5 nætter, og morgenmaden var ens hver morgen.
Der er relativt kort afstand til forskellige turistattraktioner, som f.eks. Shakespeares fødested i Stratford-upon-Avon, Worcester Cathedral og The Black and White trail."
