"Everything was nice and clean "

"The home was spotless and perfectly appointed for our family of 6. The backyard is spacious and we could walk to the ocean. It afforded a quick drive to the shops and restaurants of Newport."

The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly...

"Great stay. Very close to the beach. Would highly recommend"

"Cabin was just as described. It was clean, well furnished and made a great home base for a long weekend."

"Great place and very welcoming host. Nearby to second beach in a quiet neighborhood."

"Renovated house, very cute. Kitchen was definitely a highlight as it was a good space for cooking and gathering together. Some amenities of house were not exactly as listed in description. Location of house was nice-close to beach and park with pickleball courts, easy access to Newport wharves and restaurants "

"The location and home was perfect for our family! The host was extremely responsive and very helpful (and proactive) on providing local eating recommendations! The living areas were spacious and the kitchen had high grade appliances. We were pleased all around! Thank you."
