"Nice stay. Clean hotel with nice restaurant as well. There are big heaters in the rooms which runs automatically also during night. It can be a bit noisy but nothing we couldn’t sleep from.
Spa is a nice touch. There is also a brewery close by with tasting room. "

"Great location right in the heart of Revelstoke. Easy walk to many restaurants, shops and more. Loved the live music every night, could hear it from our room with windows open. Room was nice and had everything we needed. Hot tubs were nice as well! Loved the Rocky Mnt Soap products! Only negative was the shades in the living area didn’t work so not ideal for my kids who were sleeping on the sofa bed. Check-in was contactless, which was weird at first but worked out just fine in the end. "

"This was my families first time staying in Revelstoke and the first time at basecamp suites. We stayes in a two bedroom and were very happy with the accommodations. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that there are no elevators and we have an infant in a stroller. But we managed and it didn’t sour out experience. "

"This property is a pleasure to stay at. The staff are so helpful upon check in. Close proximity to a couple of restaurants. Trains do run behind the hotel but the staff offer ear plugs at the front desk. I honestly didn’t find the trains problematic."

"This is a fantastic hotel with really nice upgrades room. We had really good sleep both nights. There is a train next to the hotel and they supply ear plugs but we never needed them as the train was like white noise in the background. "

"Me and my kid spent a night here on our way through BC. I liked the breakfast in the morning and the room was clean. It’s such a cute little hotel. We used the hot tub which was outside even though it was raining. We use the path under the bridge to walk to Starbucks. The staff was very nice! I would recommend this hotel to others and I would pick this as a place to stay again for myself! "

"There was a short delay in checking in. The problem became clear when we went to the assigned room and found it occupied. This problem was quickly resolved by the desk clerk and we got a nicer room elsewhere in the hotel. Thanks."

My only complaint was there was a work Van parked cross wise in front of our room so we werent able to park close to our room which was hard for mom and her walker."
