Cozy Room Queen Bed Private Bathroom

This is a bedroom with a private bathroom in a residential house, located 10 minutes from Interstate Highway 20. House can be share with me and others guests. It is one level floor house from the 1900s, totally renovated on 2022. Access to bedrooms by the hallway. Guest will have a the Queen size bedroom with The Allswell Luxe 12" Hybrid Mattress, a night stand and hand touch on & off table lamp. Wall mountain smart tv and hamper. Full Shower bath with free toiletries.

One level floor house from the 1900s, high ceiling 9 feet, modern style open concept living room and kitchen with all appliances need it for cooking, water filter system install faucet, refrigeration with water filter and ice maker, touched screen microwave instant pot, air fryer, blender, personal coffee maker and tea pot, electric kettle, basic toaster an so on, large backyard with fence surrounding property, shared laundry area, basic laundry detergent, iron and ironing board are located in the laundry area.

Access rooms by the hallway. Guest will have a Queen size bed frame with The Allswell Luxe 12" Bed in a Box Hybrid Mattress, a night stand and hand touch on & off table lamp. Wall mountain smart tv and hamper for dirty items. Personal full Shower bathroom with free toiletries items.

House is located in the very center of downtown Lithonia, just 5 minutes driving Stonecrest and Ring Mall RD, restaurants are around the mall area must of them open after midnight. And if you want to cook your meals, just a 5-minute walk from home, you have the Winfield Supermarket to buy fresh fruits and groceries for the week. One of the most famous places in Atlanta is Stone Mountain Park, a family place for adults and children to enjoy a weekend. It's a peaceful place. On some occasions both during the day and the night, I hear the sound of the freight train that I love, it makes me feel that I am living in the 1900s, and rarely, the sound of my neighbor's dogs barking, right behind my fenced yard.

Modern style open concept living room and kitchen, laundry area with cleaning and laundry supplies and hallway accesses bedrooms, personal bedroom and full bathroom. The spaces are available to enjoy and feel as if you are at home. The living room and kitchen area with items like pans and skillets are located in kitchen drawers for use. Appliances are located in gabinete to optimize spaces and declutter areas. Have a door refrigerator with filter water and ice maker. Everything is electric at home, with no gas service. Glass top stove with four burners and one air fryer oven. We have a washer and dryer available for a considered one-time use for short-stay and one-time weekly use for longer-stay.

The interaction will be by text, cause I like to give privacy and space to guests and I usually have busy days, so please text me at any time and I will be happy, with time, to answer your questions.

It's a peaceful place. Only on occasions both during the day and the night, do you hear the sound of the Lithonia Train that I love, it makes me feel that I am living in the 1900’s times. And rarely, the sound of my neighbor's dogs barking, right behind my fenced yard.

We have several parking spaces, but in the checking note I will be indicating the exact parking space that corresponds to you and it is totally free. In the neighborhood, you can walk or ride a bike, we have just a minute's walk to the rail trail of a mile and a half for your exercises either in the morning or early in the afternoon with the sun available. And if you want to cook your meals just 5 minutes walking, you have the Winfield Supermarket to buy fresh fruits and food for the week.

***The number of guests in the room must be the same at the time of reservation. Guests not included in the prior notice are not allowed, remember this is family house, thanks for understanding.

***Please look at house rules for a smooth experience with us! Please try not to eat in the bedrooms, you have access to a dining area for use, but enjoy your time with us. No matter what time, the food trash must remain in the kitchen area for proper disposal.
* Just one pet is allowed.

* Pets over twenty pounds are not allowed in this room, due to the size of the room.

* Room only for two people and one small pet of less than twenty pounds.

#1 Parties or events are not allowed
#2 If the property is in a very poor condition of cleanliness after your departure, beyond what a courteous guest leaves it.
For example, leaving pots and pans in the kitchen, excess trash in the cans, stains on the floor, dirty walls, these are examples of poor conditions.
We will charge you an additional charge of $180 usd.

3.-Local people must communicate before booking.
4.- Visitors are not allowed at night who are not in their reservation.
If it is not mentioned that it will be in the reservation, the rate that is marked in the application at that time will be charged as an additional guest.

5.- Young people, babies, toddlers and children are more than welcome, but each must be specified in your reservation.
6.- There can be no more than 2 people inside or on the property at any given time
7.- Guests will respect and follow all community rules listed inside the house or on the property.
8.- You agree to know and accept the following rates:
a) smoking: $200 USD for each day you are in the apartment smoking.
b) late checkout: $20 USD if your checkout is not authorized for late checkout.
c) loss of keys: $130 USD in replacement of keys and locks from lost keys

9.- A violation of house rules may result in the immediate expulsion of all guests without refund.

10.- You agree to book in good will and will not attempt to damage the property because you are dissatisfied with a decision by Airbnb or the host in the event of a violation of the host's rules.

11.- If failure to comply with house rules leads to having to deduct or refund the next guest, you are responsible for covering the resulting costs.
