Modern villa with an above-ground pool (7.32m x 3.66m, depth 1.32m, open from June to September depending on the weather) available for relaxing in the 3000m² enclosed garden with a Japanese garden. A terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a plancha grill extends the indoor living space. This house (adjoining the owner's personal home) is large and bright. This single-story property comprises: a large living room with a lounge area (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix subscription, Blu-ray DVD player, soundbar), dining room, equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher), pantry (American-style fridge, washing machine). 3 bedrooms (4 double beds, including 2 bunk beds), a bathroom (walk-in shower), a separate toilet. Thanks to the double bunk beds, two additional guests can be accommodated, for a maximum capacity of eight: a supplement of €50 per week per person is required. For your comfort, bed linens, towels, household linens, as well as electricity, water, and air conditioning are included in the price. Baby equipment can be requested: travel cot, high chair, and bathtub.
