"We stayed at the property for a family wedding at the nearby Vineyard. Perfect location for this venue, as it is just a couple minute drive. House was clean, bright, with plenty of room for our family. It was nice to have a refrigerator with an ice maker, and also a coffeemaker. The patio in the back gives a view of the lake, and a large yard for kids to play. The price was very reasonable, and Daniel made check in and out very simple. "This property lives up to its "cozy" billing. (My wife called it our "tiny house".) We were in Beaver Falls for a week- long conference at Geneva College, so the location was perfect!
