The neighbourhood is vibrant and full of life, characterised by an excellent range of local shops, traditional pastry shops where the aroma of fresh coffee and pastel de nata fills the air, and a fantastic diversity of restaurants. Take advantage of the proximity for an early morning stroll through the stunning Parque Eduardo VII and enjoy one of the most imposing panoramic views over the city and the River Tagus.

Despite enjoying this more authentic and relaxed neighbourhood lifestyle, its proximity to Lisbon's historic centre is absolutely enviable. With a pleasant and scenic walk down the majestic, tree-lined Avenida da Liberdade, you will quickly find yourself at the tourist epicentre of the capital. You will have incredibly easy and direct access to the majestic Rossio and Comércio squares, the imposing architecture of Baixa Pombalina, and the bohemian and cultural life of Chiado and Bairro Alto. It is the ideal setting to let yourself be immersed in the centuries-old lifts (such as the Santa Justa Lift), hidden viewpoints and the city's fado soul, returning comfortably to your serene refuge at the end of the day.

In addition to being a direct gateway to Baixa, this location serves as an excellent strategic base for exploring the greatest wonders of the surrounding region. Thanks to the excellent and nearby transport network (with several metro stations and easy access to Rossio or Cais do Sodré train stations), planning itineraries becomes incredibly simple. From here, it will be very easy to embark on a picturesque journey to be dazzled by the enchanting palaces and mysticism of the village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), or to follow the coastline to enjoy the sun and sea breeze on the beautiful beaches of Cascais Bay. With easy road access, you can also plan unforgettable day trips to the medieval village of Óbidos, or explore the stunning landscapes and crystal-clear water beaches of Serra da Arrábida!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

By metro, the nearest station is Picoas (Lisbon Metro – Yellow Line), a short walk from the property, with fast connections to central Lisbon and the metropolitan network.

By bus, several lines serve the area, offering comfortable connections throughout the city of Lisbon.

By car, the property has easy access to the city's main roads.

Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This property has a self check-in system, and you will be asked to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in is available from 3pm, subject to availability and confirmation.

Once the reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays of more than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities with a limit of €80 will apply.

For the first few days, we provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and a rubbish bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set of keys when available, lost keys or door opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (Towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Parking: Paid street parking available.
