Located in a tranquil, coveted area of Cascais, Villa Romazeira is the ideal escape for those seeking to relax and enjoy the Portugese Riviera. It is in an amazing central location with close access to Sintra, Lisbon and the historic village of Cascais, The sprawling floor plan makes it ideal for large groups and families to create wonderful memories in this idyllic location.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare fabulous meals. The modern living and dining rooms offer serene spaces to relax and dine with beautiful light coming in from all directions through the floor to ceiling windows and the unique, lush atrium in the center of the home.

The villa boasts 5 floors and capacity for up to 10 guests. It features 5 bedrooms (one with a king size bed, three with queen beds and 1 with a single trundle bed). The bedrooms are light, airy and spacious, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone. The master suite, on the top floor, offers an exclusive and quiet space. There are 3 full bathrooms in the villa, all equipped with bathtubs, and the master bathroom includes a state of the art massage shower. There are 2 other half baths in the villa, and two of the bedrooms have fully equipped desks with amazing views for a productive and scenic work environment.

The bottom floor of the villa offers a traditional open fire cooking area and seating which opens up by floor to ceiling glass doors to the pool, perfect for entertaining. Don’t miss out on the gameroom which offers a snooker ball table, foozball table and tons of board games for all ages.

The outdoor area is equally inviting with views of Sintra from the pool. The back space is private and surrounded by beautiful gardens and our namesake Pomegrante trees. This all creates a green and lush environment. Entertain all day at the pool, and then enjoy the full outdoor area additional bathroom equipped with a shower. The villa has Wi-Fi and a three car garage.

The villa is ideally located about 4km from the historic center of Cascais. From the center, you can easily follow the coastal walkway, a walk of about 2.7 km to Estoril, passing by beautiful beaches!

- The municipality of Cascais charges a tourist tax of €2/night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, except for guests under 13 years old, who are exempt. This charge will be made at check-in. It is not included in the reservation price.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
1. The holding of parties and events is expressly prohibited.
2. It is expressly prohibited for extra guests to stay overnight.
3. We ask our guests to take excess rubbish with them on the day of check-out.
4. Violation of the no pets policy will result in immediate security deposit collection and eviction.


- A DAMAGE DEPOSIT of 300€ will be asked before check-in The damage deposit is refundable a 2/3 days after check-out, if no damage is done to the property.

- To ensure that the outdoor areas are always impeccable during your stay, we inform you:
The gardener visits the property every Friday afternoon.
The pool maintenance team visits on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
These visits are quick and discreet, so as not to interfere with guest comfort.
