Dejlig central beliggenhed Ingen støj vi boede på 5 sal Elevator i bygningen Metroen fungere fint, men check Bus og sporvogn ruter før man kommer til Lissabon er lidt rodet. Dejligt lejlighed - dog med kloaklugt på toilet
Rigtigt fin lejlighed på fjerde sal (4A). Bred men meget small altan ud mod gaden og solen. Rigtigt fin istandsat i ældre lejlighedskompleks midt i Baixa området og tæt på vandet. Lejligheden var rigtigt fint bortset fra en fæl kloaklugt på badeværelset som vi dog fik bugt med ved at hælde toiletrens i afløbet tre gange dagligt. Så vi var ok tilfredse. Lejligheden på første sal lugtede dog så slemt at lejerne måtte flyttes til anden lokation. Så høj placering er vigtig

Nice and clean with good location in the heart of Lisbon. Able to store luggage prior and after announched checkout in lockers (1 EUR) in lobby/ground floor.

Studio lejlighed med kloak lugt.
Stank af kloak er ikke behageligt. Studielejlighed med udsigt til gårdsplads - ca. 9 kvadratmeter - så meget mørk på 2. sal Gjorde udlejer opmærksom på problemet med kloak lugt, men intet blev gjort. Købte selv kloak rens, for at få en bedre lugt.

Perfekt beliggende lejlighed!
Helt fantastisk beliggenhed! Det var det absolut hyggeligste område i Lissabon og lå tæt på alt - metro, by, butikker og stemning. Yderligere skal man unde sig selv at spise på 'Nicolau Lisboa', der ligger lige overfor. Fungerede helt optimalt med lejligheden selvom der ikke var nogen reception.

Fantastisk lejlighed med perfekt beliggenhed. Tilbragte 3 nætter med familen i en 2-værelses lejlighed med balkon. Perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til de største seværdigheder Castelo Sao George, Alfama og Bairro Alto. Lille supermarked og gode restauranter og take away i nærheden. Charmerende bygning. God service med daglig rengøring.

Lækkert hotel - flotte omgivelser
Det var rigtig hyggeligt sted og hotel. Dog: det var mærkeligt at der ikke er en fysisk reception, og de havde glemt at sende os mailen med kode til døren, så vi kunne ikke komme ind til at starte med. Derudover er det træls når man har valgt: "betal på hotel" og har hævet penge til det, at de så trækker pengene på ens konto. For nåh jah - de har jo slet ikke en fysisk reception du kan betale til. Men altså selve hotellejligheden var super lækker og klart anbefalelsesværdig. Husk at tage til sintra og oplev palace pena og quinta da regailera - smukkeste sted ever.

The pictures showed a sunny apartment with pretty windows overlooking the street. What I got was a dark and damp room facing the ventilation in the inner part of the building. The room was not well kept the bed was dirty with old stains in the sheets. You could hear the pipes when people flushed toilets. I was staying 1 night. When I asked to be moved to a different apartment, I was told nothing could be done until the next day, because there is no front desk service of any kind unless the issue is with door entry codes.

Loved our stay at this service apartment! Comparable to a hotel while it conveniently comes with a kitchen and washer. Location: Very close to most attractions, walkable to Alfama area, while being just a short block away from all noises. Both front gate and room use passcode keypads, which was very convenient. Self check-in kiosk was easy to use. Room: Our unit is spacious with a balcony (unfortunately did not have a view due to the construction right across). Modern electric stovetop and washer/dryer. Kitchen and living room is on the top floor, then bedroom and bathroom are below. Best part is the huge bathroom with lots of counter space and a nice walk-in shower. Bonus: Body wash, shampoo and laundry detergent are provided, along with a full range of kitchenware that you may need - very thoughtful touch, making it a 5-star stay. PS: Floor can be cleaned more thoroughly and there were stains on the armchair.

The elevator didn't work during our whole stay. There was a construction noise during 5 days that started at 8.30am sharp and lasted for hours. We had to ask for the dishwasher to be fixed, the freezer to be cleaned, and soap and toilet paper to be refilled. The city fee was taken twice from our bank account and after 20 days we are still waiting for the refund. The location of the building is excellent and the apartment is very well secured.

Really great location, minutes from all key areas. Right next to a small grocery store. We were there with a baby and toddler and having a store next door and kitchen in unit was perfect. Everything was really great except communication with hotel prior to arriving. Upon booking it says you will get an email 24 hours before with checkin details. We didn’t get it so I assumed it would come and we landed with no email so I had to reach out Expedia to make sure I actually had a reservation. Make sure that if you take an uber you get taken to the correct address, the uber recommended address is wrong. We got dropped off at the wringer building and almost picked up at the wrong until we noticed. The unit was clean, the floor boards were dirty but everything else was fine. It was really quite. Very hard beds. Pack n play was provided. You cannot check in before the checkin time and the lockers provided are very small, you could not store a checked bag (24”) and it cost 2 euro. Only change accepted. I would stay again now that I know how it works.

Really good location. Just minutes away from many attractions & bus stops/metro. Grocery right next door and few more supermarkets/fruit shops few doors down. Apartment is spacious. Enough for a family of 4. Washing machine (laundry) was in the apartment which was a life saver. Warning - after finishing a dry cycle, the laundry machine door stays mechanically LOCKED for 2 hrs. Time the wash carefully if you need the clothes. Overall really good apartment with a lot of convenience.

Great location let down by bad management company
Great location if you want to stay in the thick of the action in Chiado. That said, check-in process was awful, their automated check-in machine was broken which meant we had to wait 20 mins for a human to come let us into our place after a long day of traveling with small kids. Additionally, the elevator was broken which meant having to carry 3 large suitcases, 2 children and a stroller up 5 flights of stairs. Lastly, the apartment was not cleaned properly with vestiges of the previous tenants food left on tables and fridge. Ants were crawling all over one of the bathroom which was also suffering from mould issues

The apartment is renovated and very nice. The location is perfect, Next door to a grocery and one block from the walking district area. Lots of Restaurants to chose from. The Kiosk to check in did not work well for me. Had to call numerous times to be able to check in.

Pro- location and fully stocked apartment. Con- lack of cleanliness and poor communication. Location is excellent. Apartment is spacious and live in ready ( kitchen is fully stocked- even had a colander, pitcher, funnel, wine opener, etc). Washer is a one unit that can dry as well. Our family air dried using clothes line we brought. There is a small folding drying rack in the apartment. Apartment didn’t feel clean- floor, walls, all surfaces. There was a one particularly dirty wall with makeup stuffs in one of the two apartments we rented. Wall cleaned up very easily when I wiped it with a Clorox wipe. Apartment is clutter free and mostly surfaces - it would be easy to make it squeaky clean. When they do ‘maid service’, it means trash removal, restocking ( toilet paper, towels, etc), and changing out bedsheets. They don’t vacuum, dust, wipe anything. Communication is bad. There was a power outage 5am to 10:30am one of the 10days we were there- my husband looked up and learned it was a scheduled maintenance outage by the city. I feel like the management should have given guests heads up. Guests met outside the rooms and asked each other what was going on. Apartment doors worked but the main door didn’t work during the power outage. Jao, one of the agent who answers calls and emails is terrible to work with. Bad attitude and very unwilling to help. Location and apartment itself makes me want to book again. Lack of cleanliness and bad communication skill makes me say no.

The apartment has everything and most importantly washing machine. The bathroom looked newly renovated but the ceiling was leaking , the floor was sinking and one of the 2 lights was not working. Thevsafe was very hard to work with and we werer locked out twicw which once we were given a code and tge second time they sent someone to open it

Très bien placé
Appartements situés dans un immeuble typique très bien entretenu avec un escalier somptueux très bien placés en plein centre historique. Tout se fait à pied. Un petit commerce se trouve juste en bas de l'immeuble. Nous sommes arrivés en pleine nuit et aucune difficulté pour faire le check in et avoir accès à notre appartement. Idem pour le check out qui se fait en 2 minutes. Possibilité de laisser ses bagages dans des casiers pour les récupérer à la fin de votre dernier jour en cas de vol en soirée. Vraiment très pratique. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Attention cependant aux petites dégradations, qui n'ont pas altérées notre séjour, mais qui méritent d'être soulignées: la fenêtre du salon était cassée, il n'y avait plus la poignée donc impossible de l'ouvrir, quand il fait chaud c'est dommage; la clim fait un énorme bruit, le lavabo de la salle de bain s'écoulait très mal. Rue à sens unique mais passante, difficile de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes pour nous qui sommes habitués au calme.

Viele Schränke in den Zimmern, Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern) Einfaches Checkin und alle Türen mit Codes versehen Tägliche Reinigung durch das Personal wenn erwünscht

Appartement très bien situé dans un quartier proche des visites touristiques. Épicerie et bas de l’appartement très pratique et proche de restaurants pour le petit dej, le dîner. Seuls bémols : de la poussière dans les coins, la literie du canapé n’est pas le top pour des adultes et qq odeurs depuis la SDB. Mais satisfaisant au final.
