This charming 60 m² two-bedroom apartment in Lisbon offers a warm and welcoming retreat for families and friends seeking both comfort and convenience.

Located on the first floor and accessible by lift, the apartment features an open-plan living area designed for relaxation. Unwind on the comfortable sofa while watching your favourite shows on the wide-screen TV, or enjoy meals together at the dining table. Step outside to the private patio, where inviting seating areas provide the perfect spot to relax in the fresh air.

The kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, essential cookware, and cutlery. For added ease, the apartment also features a dishwasher to simplify cleanup, along with a washer, dryer, and ironing equipment to take care of your laundry needs.

The two bedrooms are furnished with a cosy double bed dressed in hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom includes all the essentials, such as clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and a hair dryer, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This property is located in one of Lisbon's most vibrant and central areas. The neighbourhood offers a perfect blend of local charm and urban convenience, making it an excellent base for exploring the city.

Within walking distance, guests can enjoy stunning city views from Miradouro da Senhora do Monte or venture a bit further to discover the historic Castelo de São Jorge, known for its impressive architecture and sweeping views over Lisbon. Just a short metro or bus ride away, Rossio Square offers a lively atmosphere with shops, cafés, and striking historical buildings.

For those who enjoy shopping and elegant boulevards, Avenida da Liberdade is nearby and lined with designer stores and classic Portuguese cafés. The charming and historic Alfama district is also within easy reach, offering a maze of narrow streets, local restaurants, and the soulful sound of Fado music.

Guests interested in culture can visit the National Tile Museum, which showcases Portugal’s rich ceramic traditions, or unwind in the peaceful green surroundings of Campo Mártires da Pátria, a local park where peacocks roam freely.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
