This cosy 53m² studio in Matosinhos is the perfect retreat for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a memorable stay. Located on the 2nd floor, it is accessible by stairs.

The living area is thoughtfully designed with a comfortable sofa, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table for two, creating a welcoming space to relax and dine.

The adjacent sleeping area features a plush double bed dressed in premium hotel-quality linens, ensuring restful nights. Ample storage space is also provided for your belongings, adding to the room’s functionality.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, microwave, and essential cookware and cutlery.

For your convenience, the property includes a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer, and ironing equipment to handle your laundry needs with ease.

The modern bathroom is equipped with all the essentials, including fresh towels, a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic Mouraria district, this property offers the perfect blend of cultural charm and urban convenience. Staying here means immersing yourself in one of the city’s most authentic neighbourhoods, known as the birthplace of Fado music and celebrated for its multicultural atmosphere, narrow cobbled streets, and rich history.

Just a short stroll away is Martim Moniz Square, a bustling hub of shops, restaurants, and cultural events that reflect Lisbon’s global flair. The iconic Tram 28E passes nearby, offering a scenic ride through the city’s most charming districts, while the Martim Moniz Metro Station (Green Line) is only a 3-minute walk, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Several bus routes and the Graça funicular also serve the area, making it easy to explore on foot or by public transport.

From this central location, guests can easily visit some of Lisbon’s top landmarks. The majestic Castelo de São Jorge, offering sweeping views of the city, is within walking distance. Also nearby is the historic Alfama district, where winding streets, traditional architecture, and Fado houses create a uniquely atmospheric experience. Other attractions like the Lisbon Cathedral and Santa Justa Lift are also just a short distance away.

Food lovers will be delighted by the local dining options. Enjoy fresh seafood at the renowned Cervejaria Ramiro, savour Portuguese classics at Maria da Mouraria, or discover contemporary dishes at Graça 77. There’s also a variety of international cuisine nearby, including Bistrô Carioca, offering a fusion of Brazilian and Portuguese flavours.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest subway station, Martim Moniz, is just a 3-minute walk.

Humberto Delgado Airport is a 19-minute drive from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
